A.14.4 SAVING NONEDITABLE SPSS OUTPUT TABLES
IN MICROSOFT WORD

form of tables. There are times when you may want to save a particular
table in exactly the form that SPSS has produced it, that is, if you want to
take a screenshot (picture) of it, and place it a word processing document
perhaps during the process of preparing a report. Here are the steps to
accomplish to place a screenshot of an SPSS output table in Microsoft
Wo r d :
Make sure that the SPSS output file is the active window and that
the table you wish to copy is visible.
Move the cursor to a position inside the SPSS table that you wish to
copy into a word document.
Click any place in the table. You will see that the table now has a
“box” around it.
