dow as though you are performing a Tukey post hoc test as described in
Section 7.12. This is shown in Figure 7.27.
Now click
Preview code
at the bottom left of the window as shown in
Figure 7.27. This will display the window containing the code as shown in
Figure 7.28.
SAS command code is generally organized into procedures (called
“PROCs”). These already have been configured by users through the
point-and-click interaction with the application, and inserting code into
the middle of a procedure would disrupt it. For this reason,
SAS Enterprise
Guide
provides designated areas in the sequence of code for new code to
be legally entered. To insert new code, click the
Insert Code
pushbut-
ton located at the top left portion of the window shown in Figure 7.28,
which transforms the look of the window. We show this transformation
inFigure7.29,wherewehavealreadyscrolleddowntothebottomofthe
code.

Enter User Code
window, where
you can type the command code for the planned comparisons. We have
already typed this code in as shown in Figure 7.30.
