Coffee and cakes are served all day in this country-chic spot, and lunches feature the likes
of goat-cheese salad or catch of the day. In the evening, flickering candles prettify the
tables, and the menu features traditional Icelandic ingredients (lamb, langoustine, reindeer,

storey cafe-bar offering simple dishes. The must-try: El Grillo beer, brewed according to a
recipe with a great backstory, and named after the bombed British tanker at the bottom of
the fjord.
