Borea is an adventure outfitter offering fjord kayaking (from Ikr9900) and excellent hiking
in Hornstrandir (from Ikr16,900). It also runs ferry services from Bolungarvík to Horn-
strandir and operates Kviar, its private cabin in the reserve. Its base is at Bræðraborg cafe.

This campground is almost 5km out of town and very scenic, set by a pretty waterfall,
Bunarfoss, in Tungudalur. The last stop on the town bus will take you to within 1km of the
site. Coin laundry.

Bright, cheerful and impeccably kept, this excellent guesthouse has simple but comfortable
rooms with plenty of cosy touches. The bathrooms are shared, but each double room has
telephone, washbasin and bathrobes. An annexe just down the road has a guest kitchen and
more modern rooms.
