Hotel Hamar sits on a popular golf course 4km north of town. We found the silver prefab
exterior to be slightly off-putting, but surprisingly sleek decor and a cache of mod cons
hide within. Better still are rustic guesthouse rooms, up the hill in the clubhouse, with
views of the mountains and fjord. On-site restaurants.
