PDF Slide Show
Elements can produce simple presentations of your images in the PDF (Adobe Acrobat) for-
mat that are suitable for emailing or passing to a client on a CD or DVD disk.
NOTE: Windows users can produce PDF slide shows in two different ways: one from within
the Slide Show editor and one via the options in the Share task pane.

Multi-select your images in the Organizer
and then choose the PDF Slide Show entry
from the Share menu pane. This option cre-
ates the presentation and then automati-
cally adds it to an email message.
Adjust the sequence of pictures, the photo
size and quality and input the name for the
presentation then click the Next button.
Add in Recipient details and a message be-
fore clicking Nex t to build the show and cre -
ate a new email message.

Slide Show editor
The final PDF presentation file will be cre-
ated and added to a new email message that,
in turn, will be displayed in your default email
software. All you need to do then is click the
Send button to mail the message.
WINDOWS ONLY: Alternatively, after creating your presentation in the Slide Show editor,
save the production and then select File > Output Slide Show. Choose the Save as a File op-
tion and then the PDF File entry to set the dialog for Adobe Acrobat output. Next select
the slide size from the drop-down menu and choose Loop, Manual Advance and View Slide
Show after Saving options as appropriate.
