ture, corporate strategic planning, safety of target software system can effectively
improve the operation of the supply chain; logistics chain, which is complicated and
involves a wide range of things, is the key element of the whole finance Operational
risk management.
4 Conclusion
Supply chain is composed by a number of member companies, which are all independ-
ent economic entities and have operation and management of independent power; the
contradictions exists between the overall effectiveness optimization of the supply chain
and own efficiency optimization of single enterprise in supply chain and the rights
dominated between core business and non-core businesses and so on; all of these in-
crease the risk of supply chain operations within limits. The study of supply chain fi-
nance Operational risk can lower the variation of supply chain value distribution and
increase supply chain value.
