Abstract. The purpose of this study is to establish a reasonable and systematic
evaluation system for supply chain finance Operational risk. It is to determine
the supply chain finance operational risk assessment index which features for
supply chain operations and structure, and to establish a supply chain finance
Operational risk model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This paper
aims to provide some theoretical support for supply chain finance Operational
risk management and provide reference and guidance for study of the finance
Operational risk which faces many supply chain member companies.

hensive Evaluation Introduction.
Today supply chain becomes more and more complex, It's more like a network rather
than a chain in many cases. The vulnerability of supply chain in the study of the Cran-
field University is defined as : “an exposure of the severe disturbance caused by both
internal and external risk of the chain” (Martin Christopher, 2002) Because of the un-
certainty factors, the finance Operational risk is always accompanied with all member
companies of supply chain and leads to vulnerability in the entire supply chain opera-
tion. When operating in an interdependent environment, The supply chain must bear
the influence of the expanding of strategy and strategic role, which faces all enterprises
now. That issues and risks in operational and strategic level make supply chain become
weaker and weaker, so it has become the major obstacle in supply chain management.
However, based on the condition of our own country, the related knowledge and re-
search remains rare, thus concerning about finance Operational risk has became an
unavoidable topic in supply chain management.
1 The Meaning of Supply Chain Finance Operational Risk
As the junction of the finance Operational risk theory and supply chain risk, the
research of the risk of the chain just began and has not developed into a integrated
