ously thoroughly discuss about subject. The goal of current discussion is farther re-
fining subject content and here needs the teachers join at the suitable time and discuss
together. The exchange in classis the activity which needs all members to participate
anticipated. When the discussion among students goes to the certain extent, teachers'
involvement may achieve the goal of teaching very well and deepen students' impres-
sion. Finally through all kinds of activity to students can clearly understand and grasp
the subject. At last the teacher works out the appraisal and this kind of appraisal needs
to serve the goal of teaching and pay great attention to the appraisal to the students'
participation. The teacher commonly uses the multi-dimensional appraisal in the
topical study and evaluates the students' achievements from multi-dimensional. The
teachers can assign several targets in the learning process and inspect from aspects of
the material value, rationality of grouping activity design, innovation and comprehen-
sive and effectively applying knowledge and so on. Certainly the students also make
the final induction. This kind of induction includes the induction to the course and the
subject content and the induction to individual and the group, namely self-appraisal and
mutually appraisal with certain extent.
After completing above all, the teacher needs to “make induction” about this course
and this subject and draw the final “conclusion” which is “approved or doubted” by the
student. And “achieving the recognition” between teachers and students is the final
target.
4 Several Suggestions to Design Subject
The subject design is not only a skill but also an art. The subject, while considered the
pertinence, must have the strong ductility. Namely, the subject doesn't purely aim at
some concrete practical operation case, but must be refined to the core concept which
covers some type question with the research value .The subject is the organic unifica-
tion of practicality and the theory. And it also makes the student obtain cognition with
the universal value by researching the typical questions in the study, namely the subject
has extrapolated potential [2]. We give several suggestions to the subject design as
follows:
(1) Basis of the teaching material. According to the teaching content, holding the
basic concept and the elementary knowledge, threading up teaching materials'
center, key and difficulty, and proposing the subject ingeniously, all these is
necessary in designing subject. But basis of the teaching material is not along a
prescribed path, it must break the original teaching materials' fetter like class,
section and frame. It must reorganize and integrate the teaching material content
appropriately to refine the subject.
(2) Select and abandon properly. Designing subject not only needs to consider the
goal and the content of teaching but also needs to generally consider the stu-
dents' characteristic, students' existing cognition level as well as the existing
teaching environment and the actual operation difficulty and so on. When some
factors cannot simultaneously be satisfied, it should select and abandon properly.
