paper only to summary these theories and methods.
When you import the model was showed in Figure.3a into the MSC.Marc software
to mesh, you can't get the structural hexahedral mesh by mentat module directly.
There exist at least two methods for to solve this problem that uses the interactive
simulation ideal. One is use the pre-treatment & post-processing software like
MSC.Patran, Hypermesh or ANSA to mesh it through cut the model. The other
method is after the model has been imported into MSC.Marc software you should
delete all features except a main surface. The structural mesh of this main surface was
showed in figure.3b and the solid mesh was got from surface mesh by same sizes ex-
pand like figure.3c. Use this method will best valid to mesh the gear or gerotor especially.

One most important point should to introduce in this part is changing the models
between CAE software and CAD software same time. Through this method you
should change the analysis model in CAD software and keep other conditions un-
changed in CAE software. By this feature you should save some time to redefine the
analysis conditions. For example, in general nonlinear FEM analysis software
Aqaqus6.9 version, you should change the analysis model in UG software same time
and in Aqaqus6.10 version you also should change the model in Catia software, too.
4 Analysis Depends on Previous Analysis
NVH analysis, fatigue analysis and topology optimization through interactive simula-
tion have been introduced in this part. These analysis all have a same characteristic
that the analysis would depends on previous analysis.
There are at least two types of NVH analysis in engineering, one is aeroacoustics
analysis interactive between CFD analysis software like Fluent to solve the fluid flow
and sound analysis software like Sysnoise to solve the sound [12], the other one is
structural acoustics analysis interactive between FEM software like Nastran to solve
the vibration and analysis software to solve the sound.
Vibration and noise of the car or parts should be solve and analysis when you
want to evaluate the comfort of a car. Of course, you may test it by laboratory equip-
ment, too. But if you want to solve it by theory or simulation method not test, you
should first to solve the vibration frequency and through this result to solve the sound
