reform and so on. Personnel who are in charge of develop and implement courses or
who are related to manage courses concern to the performance of courses.
Comprehensive understanding of program effectiveness is the key part to build and
reform course, and also the problem needed to be answered and solved.
5 Conclusion
The mechanism of developmental evaluation captures the people-oriented principle
and continuously improves this principle, which is the foundation and guarantees of the
formation of project course in the Higher Vocational Education. The establishment of
effective and reasonable developmental course evaluation has clear practical value and
theoretical significance in improving current project courses in the Higher Vocational
Education and promoting the training level of high application type skilled personnel.
