In-Depth Information
Gen”, my inspiration suggests that:
When one initializes a learning project (something abnormal that shakes the
previous balance, as process Zhen), he refers (as with Xun) to tutorials and
match sources knowledge with his experience, and, by assembling the
fragment matches from these reference models, he reaches a general sketch of
belief pattern to which fragments attach (as to Li), as hypothesis to be verified
and implemented in the forthcoming steps, toward the proved realization as
learned knowledge. The hypothesis needs to be nurtured and to grow up (as
with Kun) in the specific scenario. When the hypothesis is mature enough, it
needs to be represented (as with Dui), and to expand and contradict with
influence of older knowledge (new balance is reached by vigorously breaking
the previous balance, as with Qian), e.g., to make update, renovation,
reformation or even revolution in knowledge, and in this way the new thought
is verified, modified and substantialized. When the novel thought takes the
principal role (dominant position) in the conflict the learner should have a rest
(in Kan) to avoid traps of superstition (to stick to what he knows). Finally the
end of learning cycle (as with Gen). The process can be in recursion.

oriented learning ontology”.
5 Final Remarks
Tacit manner plays the primary role that defines man's character. I don't agree the
assertion that experience can be learned from symbols, figures etc. because road map
and signpost are not equal to destination, and the Bible not equal to heaven. But
knowledge management can facilitate and help with further experience.
Beyond human cognition, toward a god perspective, can one find the right route
(see Dao De Jing Chp. 28): “Who knows his manhood's strength (the known, my
note), Yet still his female feebleness maintains (the unknown, humility); As to one
channel flow the many drains (knowledge), All come to him, yea, all beneath the
sky(the ultimate reality). Thus he the constant excellence retains (unchanging self-
nature); The simple child again, free from all stains (original purity).”
