of the others. Figure 2.10, middle left, shows a two-domain configuration, with
Domain 1 owning three of the Quad-XSBs. It just as easily could be configured
with Domain 1 and Domain 2 each having two quads. The middle right and bot-
tom diagrams in Figure 2.10 each show a PSB with no IOU present. The XSBs
that are configured can only be added to other existing domains.
