When Repetier takes the g-code and begins to issue instructions to the motors, it is
assuming that the nozzle tip is in the front-left corner of the print bed and almost
touching the print bed. I can manually adjust the X and Y axes on my Simple by
carefully pushing or pulling them so that the nozzle is as far forward and to the
left as possible (without breaking anything). I can also manually adjust the Z axis
by turning the vertical lead screw by hand. If I turn it enough times, I can get the
nozzle to the proper starting location, as shown in Figure 5.11 .
