Gross finding examination of the defect group, the fibrin
glue scaffold group, and the fibrin/human BM stem cells composite scaf-
fold group at 4, 8 and 12 weeks after implantation into critical-sized con-
tained bone defects of rabbits. Within the defects, mineralized tissues were
not found. And tissue adhesion was observed at 4 weeks, so we could not
confirm the defect region. But, as time went by, the adhesion region dwin-
