PHBV/gelatin (50/50) blend was dissolved, using TFE to prepare
several solutions with concentrations ranging from 2% to 8 wt%.
ThePHBV/gelatinnanocompositescaffoldwasthenobtainedbyco-
electrospinning PHBV and gelatin solutions. 17 As shown in the SEM
photographs of Fig. 13.4, a highly uniform and the finest nanofiber
could be obtained through different mixing ratios. To consider
the mechanical properties and biocompatibility of the nanofibrous
scaffold, a 50/50 mixing ratio of dope solution was fixed for the
