To Find and Replace All Occurrences of Text in TextPad

1. Open the Password.java file that you previously copied from the
preceding chapter and placed in the Chapter10 folder, or in a location
specified by your instructor. If necessary, click Line Numbers on the
View menu to display line numbers. Update the comments to reflect
Chapter 10, your name, the current date, and the purpose. With the
insertion point on line 1, click Search on the menu bar.
The Search menu provides many choices for finding and optionally replacing
text (Figure 10-22).

2. Click Replace on the Search menu. When the Replace dialog box is
displayed, type throws Exception in the Find what text box. Type
throws PasswordException in the Replace with text box.
The Replace dialog box is displayed (Figure 10-23).
