7. Choose which fields from your source data that you want to include in the shape data for each
org chart shape and then click Next, as demonstrated in Figure 9-23.

Tip It is important to select all fields whose values you might want to analyze, report on, or
display using data graphics.

If you want to import photos for some or all people in your org chart—a new feature in Visio
2013—browse to the folder containing the photos and then click Next.
