Note Chris Roth's spoke graphic was designed to be moveable. Simply dragging it to a new
location in the diagram automatically redraws the spokes, giving the user excellent flexibil-
ity in conveying BI in the most attractive way.

After demonstrating an early version of the SiteAudit Visualizer to customers in Europe, Mahajan
said, “Just seeing the early demonstrations of what Harvard Computing Group created caused us to
revise our thinking about how we present large volumes of printer data to our customers. We have
traditionally used an Excel-like user interface, but we now strongly prefer the graphical format that
Visio provides. It will become the primary interface for our offerings to our clients.”
According to Mahajan, SiteAudit Visualizer succeeds because it tells a complex story very simply by
taking advantage of data-driven Visio diagrams and data-rich graphics.
