CNS research. Along with a better understanding of the roles of GPCR-
heterodimerization-dependent signaling 162 and transactivationprocesses, 163,164
recent discoveries in the field of b -arrestin functions in the CNS offer the
best hope of discovering novel therapeutics with fewer side effects.
