There are two steps to follow:
Select the desired arc or circle.
Specify the location of the dimension block.
As a result, you will see:

The
Diameter
command is used to put diameter dimensions on an arc
and/or a circle.
To start the
Diameter
command, make sure you are in the
Annotate
tab on
the
Ribbon
, and, using the
Dimensions
panel, click the
Diameter
button.
The following prompts will appear:
