Harvesting:
Although it may be tempting to grow huge zucchini, especially as they do grow quickly,
it is best to harvest them when they get to about 6 inches or so if you want to get the best
flavour and tender fruits from them.
Zucchini can be frozen if blanched in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Alternatively they
can be stored for around ten days in the refrigerator.
