Stellar chef Magnus Nillson has gone back to his countryside roots at this intimate
12-seat mountain restaurant. His culinary alchemy draws strictly on seasonal Jämtland
produce and traditions such as drying, pickling and salting, and multi-course menus may
include moose carpaccio with bone marrow and lobster with rosehip. It's off the E14,
15km east of Åre. Book well ahead.
