This classy neighbourhood restaurant changes its menu regularly depending on what's in
season, but you can depend on flavourful, innovative combinations like salads topped with
young nasturtium leaves and veal with truffles, green peas and horseradish. The cocktails

With an enviable view overlooking the Öresund bridge and the small harbour, this stylish
slow-food restaurant presents updated Swedish cuisine with a clear conscience. Everything
is organic (including the staff's uniforms), waste is turned into biogas, and the interior is
allergy free. Flavours are clean and strictly seasonal.

With brand-new premises (in 2014) but the same high standards, Johan P continues to en-
thrall diners with its fresher-than-fresh seafood. Choose your fishy favourite from the
market-style counter out back or go for the set menu. There are lovely bisques, moules
meunière (mussels cooked in wine) and chilled shellfish platters. For snacks, Basque-style
pintxos (tapas) are available.

On heaving Lilla Torget, Koi attracts crowds with excellent cocktails, sushi and other
Asian-inspired nibbles. You'll find Malmö's trendsetters in the upstairs lounge, mingling
