In-Depth Information
Plusses: ideal if you're into beaches, clubbing, spa treatments, good breakfasts and/or
Roxette (it's part-owned by Per Gessle). It's a large, upmarket complex on the beach, with
a good spa and a foyer full of art. Fusses: can be noisy, the windows only open a little, and
woe betide you if you're housed in the yet-to-be-refurbished part of the hotel.
Eating
The best dining options in Halmstad are along and around the pedestrianised Storgatan. On
summer nights head to the after-beach parties at Tylösand.
