The tourist office is about 1.5km south of the town centre, next to the museum cluster. The
two-day

(from Skr200) available here from late June to late August includes
cable-car trips and museum admissions. The tourist office also sells a handy
Guidebook to
Trollhättan's Falls & Locks,
which details walking routes in the mazelike industrial areas.
Getting There & Around
To reach the attractions in Trollhättan from the train station or the Drottningtorget bus sta-
tion, walk south along Drottninggatan, then turn right into Åkerssjövägen, or take town
bus 21 - it runs most of the way.
Local buses 61, 62 and 65 run from the Drottningtorget bus station to Vänersborg and
bus 1 connects the town to Lidköping. From the train station, a couple of blocks north of
the city centre, trains run to Göteborg (Skr120, 38 minutes) at least once hourly.
