STF Vandrarhem Stigbergsliden
HOSTEL
Skr185/475/675/875; reception 4-6pm; ; 3, 9, 11 Stigbergstorget)
Rooms at Stigbergsliden have a certain monastic simplicity to them, in keeping with the
hostel's history as a 19th-century seaman's institute. Staff are especially helpful, and be-
sides the usual stuff (big kitchen, laundry, TV room) there is a pleasant sheltered garden.
On the downside, the showers don't lock.

hotel s/d Skr620/940; ; 1, 2, 6 Olivedalsgatan)

ing people. The facilities are top-notch, with comfortable beds, individual reading lights,
lockable storage under the beds, a dressing table in the women's dorm and a good ratio of
guests per bathroom. Proximity to the nightlife area is a bonus and the buffet breakfast
(Skr70) is brilliant.
