This adorable bakery in a cottage by the harbour serves what might be the best cup of cof-

Nya Dannekrogen
EUROPEAN
( 08-50 15 70 79; www.nyadannekrogen.se ; Bygatan 1; mains Skr150-250; May-Sep)
Near the Gruvbryggan harbour, this lively restaurant looks formal but has a young, casual
vibe, with grub ranging from hearty fish stew to polenta. The fried herring (Skr175) with
lingonberries and mashed potatoes is recommended; weirdly, pizza seems to be the most
popular thing on the menu.
