On the waterfront, Melanders Fisk is a seafood market that includes a cafe serving quality

Getting There & Away
Bus 670 from the Tekniska Högskolan tunnelbana station runs regularly to Vaxholm's
town centre and harbour. (SL passes valid.)
Waxholmsbolaget
boats sail at least hourly between Vaxholm and Strömkajen in Stock-
holm from 8am to 7.15pm (50 to 70 minutes, Skr75 one way).
Strömma Kanalbolaget
sails between Strandvägen (berth 16) and Vaxholm at noon and
3pm daily from April to December (three hours, Skr250 round trip).
