With tourist information specific to Djurgården, this office at the edge of the Djurgården
bridge is attached to Sjöcaféet , so you can grab a bite or a beverage as you plot your day.
Getting There & Away
AIR
Stockholm's main airport, Stockholm Arlanda , is 45km north of the city centre and can be
reached from central Stockholm by both bus and express train. It has self-service lockers
for luggage storage (small/medium/large locker for 24 hours Skr40/50/80), payable with a
credit card. There's also a baggage counter ( 08-797 62 28; 6am-11pm) .
Bromma Airport ( GOOGLE MAP ; 797 68 00; Brommaplan) is 8km west of Stock-
holm and is used for some domestic flights. Skavsta Airport , 100km south of Stockholm,
near Nyköping, is mostly used by low-cost carriers like Ryanair.
BOAT
Both Silja Line ( 22 21 40; www.tallinksilja.com ; Silja & Tallink Customer Service Office, Cityter-
minalen) and Viking Line run ferries to Turku and Helsinki. Tallink ferries head to Tallinn
(Estonia) and Riga (Latvia).
