Step 11: Delete the last keyframe
You no longer need the last keyframe. Select the keyframe in frame 60. Choose Edit >
Timeline > Remove Frames. Save and test your movie. The pause is now eliminated,
and the scroll is seamless. Close the published file. Go to the Timeline and click on the
Scene 1 icon to return to the root Timeline.
Step 12: Animate the middleground layer
Turn on the middleground layer's content. Select the graphic symbol on the Stage and
convert it to a movie clip (Modify > Convert to Symbol). Name it MC scrollingMiddle
and make sure the type is set to “Movie clip” (Figure 3.22).

Double-click on the middle ground image to open the movie clip's Timeline. In the
Timeline, click on the empty cell at frame 180. Choose Insert > Timeline > Keyframe.
Go to the Stage and click and drag the middle ground image to the left. Drag it until the
right edge of the graphic aligns with the right edge of the Stage (Figure 3.23).
