Step 2: Insert a new keyframe
Go to the Timeline and select the empty cell at frame 60. Choose Insert > Timeline >
Keyframe on each layer.
Step 3: Scale the artwork
Select the foreground layer in the Timeline. Click on the keyframe that you created
on frame 60. Go to the Transform panel and scale it to 100%. Select the middleground
layer at frame 60. Go to the Transform panel and scale it to 70%. You may need to lock
or hide the foreground layer to select the middle ground artwork. Select the back-
ground layer at frame 60. Go to the Transform panel and scale it to 60%.
Reposition the artwork similar to Figure 3.50. When creating this type of animation,
always scale first before positioning the artwork on the Stage. Scaling always changes
the position of the art.

Step 4: Create a motion tween
Create a motion tween on each layer. Select the first keyframe. Go to the Properties
panel and select Motion from the Tween drop-down menu.
Step 5: Save and test the movie
Notice the sense of depth achieved by scaling each layer differently (Figure 3.51).
