Tumblr allows you to upload up to 5 minutes of video each day, with a
100MB maximum size per file. The site also recommends files that use SWF files or
MP4 video and AAC audio that are 500 x 700 pixels or smaller.
After you've selected a video file, you may enter an optional Caption for the video in the
large text box under Caption.
