3. Choose the desired layout type based on your knowledge of HTML/CSS. Here are
your choices:
•
Standard Layout:
Select the Standard Layout option from the drop-down
menu to add a new page with the default theme layout.
•
Custom Layout:
Select the Custom Layout option to enter the URL and HTML/
CSS for a new page using your custom layout. With this option, enter your
URL at the top and your custom HTML/CSS in the blank field below, and then
click the Create Page button.

Redirect:
To make a
redirect page,
where the visitor clicks a link and goes to
another page (either within or outside your website), enter the page URL and
the desired redirect link.
4. For Standard Layouts, enter the page URL and title, and click the Show a Link to
This Page check box if you want this page to be accessible from all the other pages
on your blog.
5. In the Body area, enter your page content.
This can include text, lists, images, and links. You may also add custom HTML/CSS
by clicking the HTML button.
6. When finished, click the Create Page button. Otherwise, click Cancel to close the
window without adding a new page.
Links to any new pages you create here will appear at the top of your blog.
Selecting Advanced options
The last part of the Customize page is setting Advanced options that control how your
Tumblr account is displayed in a browser or on a handheld or mobile device. To change
these settings, follow these steps:
