When you search for a particular term, the search results will appear below the search
field. Then you may click any links within the search results to drill deeper into the an-
swer to your inquiry. For example, if you want to know how to reset your password, the
answer is
If you forget your password, you can reset it via e-mail.
Embedded within that sentence is a link to the Forgot Password page, which provides
further details about how this process works.
Finding Tumblr Help Online
As comprehensive as the Tumblr Help Center is, you may occasionally find that there is
no precise answer to your question. When that happens, you'll likely see a “sorry we
can't find that” message such as
Sorry, we can't find that.
Please email us and we'll help you out right away.
When a Tumblr Help search is unsuccessful, you have three options:
Try searching for different search terms until you find an acceptable answer.
So-
metimes finding the right answer is a matter of just the right phrasing or using the
right combination of keywords in your search.
