6. If you have one or more secondary blogs, choose the blog you'd like to publish
to from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the pop-up window.
The menu shows your primary Tumblr account name by default.
7. Click the Create Post button.
This will send the post to your blog and automatically close the pop-up window for
you.
Pretty slick, right? Use this bookmarklet to share content on your Tumblr blog as often
as you like.
Installing Tumblr for your phone
Next up on the Goodies page is a section about Tumblr for your phone. Currently you
can find apps here for your iPhone, Blackberry, and Android (OS 2.1+) device.
To find out more about how to install your phone's Tumblr app, click the link that
matches your phone type (refer to Figure 8-10):
iPhone:
There are three ways to get Tumblr on your device: by searching for
“tumblr” in the App Store, by having a download link e-mailed to you, or by open-
ing it in iTunes.
Blackberry:
If you're a Blackberry user, you can search for “tumblr” in App World,
have a download link e-mailed to you, or get a direct download.
Android:
If you own an Android phone, you can install Tumblr from the Google
Play (formerly the Android Market) or scan a barcode with your phone.
When you're finished reviewing your phone's download options, click the small X in the
top-left corner of the pop-up screen or simply click away from the screen to return to
your main browser window.
Backing up your blog
At the time of this writing, Tumblr is beta-testing a new backup/exporting application for
Mac OS X. You can download the Mac software from the Goodies page by clicking the
Backup Your Blog link, shown in Figure 8-12.
