In-Depth Information
map that shows all the national routes. (Note that it's great for general planning, but not
detailed enough to use on the trail.)
Each county produces its own detailed 1:100,000 cycle touring maps; many of them
come with booklets detailing accommodation, sights and other local information. These
maps are in Danish, German and English, cost around Dkr129, and are available at tourist
offices or online via the Danish cycling federation, Dansk Cyklist Forbund (its shop is at
http://shop.dcf.dk ).

Visit Denmark
TOURIST INFORMATION
A good starting point, with loads of useful information on its cycling-dedicated pages
(including cycling with kids). It also outlines 25 great 'panorama cycling routes' of 15km
to 40km length, broken into East Coast and West Coast Denmark.
Cyclistic
WEBSITE
Fabulous resource, combining route-finding for cyclists with attractions and practical
information along the way (sights, accommodation, food etc).
Dansk Cyklist Forbund
WEBSITE
Website of the Danish Cycling Federation. There is well-hidden info in English - under
'Alt om cykling', click on 'På tur i Danmark og verden', then 'På tur i Danmark'. A link at
the bottom of the page takes you to 'Biking in Denmark' and some useful info.
Cycle Guide DK
Copenhagen-focused, but with good advice on safety issues, and cycling culture and
etiquette.
