New Nordic cuisine is in the spotlight at this intimate restaurant at Ruths Hotel, under the
leadership of acclaimed chef Thorsten Schmidt. The menu has a regional focus, utilising
fine local produce to stunningly innovative and creative effect (choose menus from three
to nine courses). You'll need to book ahead to score one of only 22 seats.

served in the old-world ambience of the dining room - it has a special-occasion feel, but
you can just as easily pop in for classic lunchtime smørrebrød or afternoon coffee and
