Frederikshavn is 65km northeast of Aalborg on the E45 and 41km south of Skagen on Rte
40.
TRAIN
Frederikshavn is the northern terminus of Danske Statsbaner (DSB) train lines (the nation-
al rail network); however, a private train line operates hourly trains north to Skagen
(Dkr60, 35 minutes). DSB trains depart about hourly south to Aalborg (Dkr100, 1¼ hour)
and Aarhus (Dkr252, 2¾ hours).
