Hands down both the best and priciest in town, sleek Mortens Kro is owned by celebrity
chef Morten Nielsen. It's a stylish, well-hidden place where top-quality local, seasonal
produce is showcased: home-smoked trout and salmon, Norwegian lobster soup, cherry
meringue with raspberry sorbet. Book ahead and dress to impress. Mølleå Arkaden is ac-

Morten Nielsen is also the chef behind the excellent restaurant at the Utzon Center - a
great place to go for top-shelf smørrebrød or weekend brunch.
