Fregatten Jylland MUSEUM, SHIP

Fregatten Jylland has quite a presence. From bow to stern the frigate is 71m, making it the
world's longest wooden ship. It played an instrumental role in Denmark's navy in the 19th
century; today it's been restored for visitors - step inside and experience the life of a crew
member. Closing time varies, from 3pm in winter to 6pm in peak summer.
Glasmuseet Ebeltoft MUSEUM

Contemporary glass art is beautifully showcased at the sleek Glasmuseet, with stunning per-
manent pieces plus changing exhibitions gracing its light-filled interior. You can also watch
glass-blowers working their magic on-site.
Adelgade
STREET
Cobbled Adelgade is one of the loveliest main streets in Jutland, lined with pastel-coloured
cafes and stores, and pretty courtyards. At its southern end is the diminutive old town hall,
built in 1789. It has a half-timbered, chocolate-box appearance (it's a popular spot for wed-
dings) and is now home to local history exhibits (free admission).

BEACHES
Ebeltoft sits on a calm, protected bay, fringed with white-sand beaches; you'll find a nice
stretch right along Ndr Strandvej, the coastal road that leads north from the town centre.
