Postgaarden has a range of Danish and international microbrews for sale in its del-
icatessen, and a changing selection of boutique (and sometimes obscure) brews on tap to
accompany its cafe-style menu, best enjoyed in the photogenic 1668 courtyard.
Ribe Bryghus BREWERY
( MAP GOOGLE MAP ; www.ribebryghus.dk ; Skolegade 4B; 10am-2pm Sat)
Look out for this label's locally brewed beers at restaurants and bars around town, or pop
into the brewery (by the courtyard) during its limited opening hours. Note it's also 'open'
whenever the brewers are inside working their hoppy magic.
