Winning plaudits for its embrace of classic European cooking, this cosy, farmhouse-chic
bistro has a menu that changes monthly and is short, simple and seasonal. Each course
presents two options: dishes plucked straight from the Funen fields might include white
asparagus with truffle-infused hollandaise sauce, or a confection of strawberry, rhubarb,
