Lalandia

has Denmark's largest swimming
area, Lalandia really undersells itself using the term waterpark. Sure it has indoor pools,
outdoor pools, water slides, Jacuzzis and a wave machine, but there are also all kinds of
other satellite attractions: mini golf, bowling, a fitness centre, pitch and field sports, an in-
door ski slope, restaurants, supermarket, indoor playground Monky Tonky Land, and chil-
dren's shows and discos. Most people come on an accommodation package, with a minim-
um two-night stay (from around Dkr2050 in high season). 'Residents' get in free to the
waterpark and indoor playground, and enjoy priority hours. Lalandia is 5km northwest of
the small port of Rødbyhavn, in the south of the island.
