The pocket-sized Spotted Pig on Papirøen (Paper Island) is the latest venture for Danish
designer, artist, musician and all-round avant-gardiste Henrik Vibskov. Inside, the space is
pure Vibskov, with elastic-band wall sculptures, splashes of pink and red, and an effort-
lessly cool, chilled-out vibe. Stop by for Swedish-roasted coffee, organic teas and juices,
or guzzle boutique beers with ingredients like elderflower.
Warning: weekend opening times can get a little 'freestyle'.
