This Nordic deli stocks the top products from various small-scale Danish farms and food
artisans. The cheese selection includes Thybo, a beautiful, sharp cow's milk cheese from
northern Jutland. Another good buy is the handcrafted Borghgedal beers from Vejle.
Peckish punters can grab a table and nibble on a cheese and charcuterie platter, or go
old-school with a warming serve of skipperlabskov(beef stew).

Unika by Arla works with small dairies, artisan cheesemakers and top chefs to produce
idiosyncratic, Nordic cheeses. Look out for the unpasteurised Kry cheese; according to
many connoisseurs, unpasteurised cheeses deliver superior flavour. Equally unique are
the apple-based 'dessert wines' from Jutland's Cold Hand Winery, their taste reminiscent
of a summery port.

Not only is the smørrebrød here scrumptious, it - like the beers and schnapps on offer -
is well-priced. Grab a spot at the wooden bar, order a Mikkeller beer, and tuck into beauti-
fully presented classics like fiskefilet (fish fillet) with remoulade. If it's on the menu, don't
go past the roast pork with pickled red cabbage. Order one smørrebrød if you're peckish,
two if you're hungry.

While we prefer to focus on all the Nordic delciousness, we make a concession for this
rocking slice of Italy. The pasta is made from scratch, then turned into insanely fine
