A homely, hippy bolthole in the heart of Christiania, Morgenstedet offers but two dishes of
the day, one of which is usually a soup. Choices are always vegetarian and organic, and

Right opposite Christianshavn metro station, this is the original (and some would say the
best) of the Lagkagehuset bakeries. Handy for a quick bite on the go, its counters heave
with luscious pastries, salubrious sandwiches, mini pizzas, and heavyweight loaves of rye
bread. You'll find a handful of counter seats as well as free wi-fi if you insist on Instagram-
ming your kanelsnegle .
