ing the eastern edge of Kongens Have, its main man is award-winning chef Jasper Kure,
whose contemporary creations focus on simplicity and premium produce. Savour the bril-
liance in clean, intriguing dishes like rimmed cod with celeriac, cabbage, cress and clam
sauce with smoked cod roe. Lunch is a simple affair of smørrebrød. Book ahead.
