When it comes Android development, there are far less restrictions. You can instantly start testing on
Android devices built by PhoneGap Build. You can then begin sharing with testers and even start self-distributing.
As previously mentioned, application submissions to app stores won't be covered in this topic, but you will
need similar developer credentials if you plan on packaging and distributing in Google's Play Store. For more
