Saving artwork as SVG
SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) are used to define vector-based graphics for the Web that
won't lose quality if they are zoomed or resized, such as a logo. They are a vector format
that describes images as shapes, paths, text, and filter effects. The resulting files are com-
pact and provide high-quality graphics on the Web, in print, and even on resource-con-
strained, handheld devices. Most major modern Web browsers—like Mozilla Firefox, In-
ternet Explorer 9+, Google Chrome, Opera, and Safari—have at least some support for
viewing SVG.
